Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins are fluffy and moist with lots of banana and a burst of peanut butter. I like to put a little crunch on top with some chopped peanuts and an extra drizzle of peanut butter because in my book, you can’t have too much peanut butter!

Tips & Tricks

Freezing Bananas

We always have leftover bananas in my house. A great way to reduce waste is saving them for later for all kinds of recipes, including these Peanut Butter Banana Muffins. Simply peel, cut the bananas in halves, toss in a resealable bag, and place in freezer. Before use, defrost and then mash. Bananas can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
